4. Excellent light fastness and wet fastness characteristics;

5. This product is an acrylic fiber whitening agent, and a very good whiteness effect can be achieved with only a small amount. 

Instructions

1. General processing technology of acrylic fiber

Dosage: fluorescent brightener BAC-L 0.2-2.0% o.w.f formic acid or oxalic acid to adjust pH-3.0-4.0

 Process: 95-98*Cx30-45 minutes Bath ratio: 1:10-40

2. Acrylic fiber chlorinated bleaching processing technology Dosage: fluorescent whitening agent BAC-L 0.2-2.0% owf sodium nitrate: 1-3g/L formic acid or oxalic acid to adjust pH-3.0-4.0 sodium imidate: 1-2g/L process: 95-98 degrees x 30- 45 minutes bath ratio: 1:10-40

3. Acrylic/wool blended fabric processing technology

  A oxygen bleaching process

 hydrogen peroxide 35% 10-20 ml/l, sodium pyrophosphate 1-2 g/l Ciba ULTRAVONCN 1-2 g/l, pH 8-9 (ammonia is recommended)

    temperature x time: 50-55 degrees x 2-3 hours, bath ratio: 1:10-40

  B acrylic whitening process

    fluorescent brightener BAC-L 0.5-2% o.w.f, formic acid or oxalic acid to adjust pH-3.0-4.0

    temperature x time: 95-98 degrees x 30 minutes, bath ratio: 1:10-40

  C wool reduction bleaching and whitening process

    Fluorescent brightener BAC-L 0.25-1.0g/L Stabilized sosso 1-3g/L pH 5-6

    Temperature x time: 50-60 degrees x 60-120 minutes

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place at room temperature for 24 months, avoid direct sunlight.
