Feature

It is of the stilbene benzene type and is easily soluble in many organic solvents. Stable to cationic softener. The light fastness is S grade and the washing fastness is excellent. It can be used in the same bath with sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and reducing bleach. The product is a light yellow-green dispersion which is non-ionic. It is obtained from the condensation of terephthalaldehyde and o-cyanobenzyl phosphonic acid one (), (7′ one’ ethyl ester [} R 2-(diethoxy phthalomethyl) benzonitrile].

Application: It is mainly used for whitening polyester, acetate, nylon, etc. Good whiteness for both dip dyeing and pad dyeing. The effect of whitening polyester by low-temperature adsorption and fixing method is also very good.

Instructions

Add the optical brightener ER-1 fine powder together with polyester chips and other additives into the blender. The recommended dosage is 0.02-0.08% (to the polyester weight ratio). The specific dosage can be determined according to the whiteness requirements of the finished product. , Mix well at 50-150℃.
