Application

Optical brightener FP-127 is a high-efficiency plastic brightener whose performance is the same as Uvitex 127 (FP) from Ciba. It can be used for whitening and brightening polymers, coatings, printing inks and synthetic fibers.It has the advantages of high whiteness, good shade, good color fastness, heat resistance, good weather resistance, and no yellowing.It can be added to the monomer or prepolymerized material before or during polymerization, polycondensation or addition polymerization, or it can be added in the form of powder or pellets before or during the molding of plastics and synthetic fibers. It is suitable for all kinds of plastics, but it is especially suitable for the whitening and brightening of artificial leather products and the whitening of sports shoe sole EVA.

Reference usage:

The dosage depends on the requirements of whiteness. 

1  PVC:

Whitening: 0.01~0.05%(10-50g/100kg material)

Transparent: 0.0001~0.001%(0.1-1g/100kg material)

2  PS:

Whitening: 0.001%(1g/100kg material)

Transparent: 0.0001~0.001%(0.1-1g/100kg material)

3  ABS:

0.01~0.05%(10-50g/100kg material)

Other plastics: It also has a good whitening effect for other thermoplastics, acetate, PMMA, and polyester chips.

25kg fiber drum,with PE bag inside or as customer’s request.

Storage

Keep container closed when not in use. Store in a tightly closed container. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances.
