Performance and Characteristics

1. It has high-efficiency fluorescent whitening effect, with a slight blue light.

2. It is not sensitive to light, and its chemical properties are relatively stable.

3. It has good resistance to weak acid, perborate and hydrogen peroxide.

4. The cellulose fiber whitened by this product is bright in color and non-yellowing, which improves the shortcomings of the yellowing of ordinary brighteners and greatly increases the light resistance and heat resistance of the cellulose fiber.

5. Compared with other whitening agents, the absorption rate is greatly improved.

Use

It is suitable for the whitening of cotton and polyester-cotton blended fabrics and one-bath whitening of cotton blended fabrics.

Instructions

1. Soaking method: Dosage: 0.1~0.8% (o.w.f) Bath ratio: 1:10~30 Temperature × time: 90~100℃×30~40min, wash with water and dry.

2. Scouring oxygen bleaching fluorescent whitening one bath dosage: 0.2%~0.8% (owf) hydrogen peroxide: 5~15g/l stabilizer: 1~5g/l NaOH: 2~4g/l scouring agent: 0.5~1g /l Bath ratio: 1:10~30 temperature × time: 90~100℃×30~40min, washed with water and dried.

The specific process can be adjusted according to different needs.

Package, Transportation and Storage
