Performance and Characteristics

1. This product is light yellow powder

2. It is insoluble in water, does not react with foaming agent, cross-linking agent, etc., has no exudation and extraction, and the maximum absorption wavelength of the spectrum is 370nm. 

3. Low dosage, good fluorescence intensity and high whiteness.

4. It has good compatibility with plastics, good light resistance and heat resistance.

Application

Optical brightener KSB is mainly used for the whitening of synthetic fibers and plastic products. It also has a significant brightening effect on colored plastic products. It is widely used in plastic films, laminated molding materials, injection molding materials, etc., for polyolefin, PVC, Foamed PVC, TPR, EVA, PU foam, synthetic rubber, etc. have excellent whitening effects. It can also be used for whitening coatings, natural paints, etc., and has special effects on foaming plastics, especially EVA and PE foaming.
