Use

The fluorescent whitening agent KSN not only has excellent high temperature resistance, but also has good resistance to sunlight and weather. The fluorescent whitening agent KSN is also suitable for the whitening of polyamide, polyacrylonitrile and other polymer fibers; it can also be used in film, injection molding and extrusion molding materials. The fluorescent whitening agent is added at any processing stage of synthetic polymers. KSN has a good whitening effect.

How to use: The fluorescent whitening agent KSN is equivalent to 0.01-0.05% of the weight of the plastic or polyester pellets, and it can be fully mixed with the material before various plastics are molded or processed or polyester fiber is drawn.

Reference Dosage

The general whitening reference dosage for plastic substrates is 0.002-0.03%, that is, the amount of fluorescent whitening agent KSN is about 10-30 grams per 100 kilograms of plastic raw materials.

The reference dosage of brightener in transparent plastics is 0.0005 to 0.002%, that is, 0.5-2 grams per 100 kilograms of plastic raw materials.

The reference dosage of brightener in polyester resin (polyester fiber) is 0.01-0.02%, that is, about 10-20 grams per 100 kilograms of resin.
