Properties

Optical brightener OB-1 is crystallized substance, has strong fluorescence. It is odorless, hard to dissolve in water.

It can be used for whitening polyesters, nylon fibre and various plastics such as PET, PP, PC, PS, PE, PVC, etc.

Application

1.Suitable for whitening of fibers such as polyester, nylon and polypropylene.

2.Suitable for whitening and brightening of Polypropylene plastic, ABS, EVA, polystyrene and polycarbonate etc.

3.Suitable for addition in the conventional polymerization of polyester and nylon.

Method

Reference usage:

1  Rigid PVC:

Whitening: 0.01－0.06%(10g－60g/100kg material)

Transparent:0.0001－0.001%(0.1g－1g/100kg material)

2  PS:

Whitening: 0.01－0.05%（10g－50g/100kg material）

Transparent: 0.0001－0.001%(0.1g－1g/100kg material)

3  PVC:

Whitening: 10g－50g/100kg material

Transparent: 0.1g－1g/100kg material

Package

25kg fiber drum，with PE bag inside or as customer’s request.

Store at cool and dry place.
